Returns & Refund Policy
We Offer 30-Day Swap or Money Back Guarantee
If you're unhappy with what you've ordered, we'll be happy to take it off your hands or replace it within the first 30 days after receiving the product. That means that you can request an exchange or money back even if you simply do not like what you've ordered. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Please contact us to request your guarantee. Please do not send the product back to us without contacting us, we will not accept such returns.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR SWAP:
• Make sure the product is in the same condition as received.
• Keep your receipt at hand, we will ask you to provide it.
• Write to us at contact@creativetech.co or chat with us to let us know that you're claiming your guarantee.
• We'll reply within 24 business hours with further instructions how to proceed with your return or swap. When we confirm your return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address is printed on your delivery receipt and in most cases this is the return address where the returned product should be sent, but we need to confirm if this is applicable for your specific request.
• Within 7 business days after we receive the package, we will issue a refund to the same payment method which was used during checkout.
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure you contact us first, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN COSTS
We offer FREE RETURNS. You will not need to pay the delivery costs for the returned product. In case you'd like to have a swap, then you will also not need to pay anything.
LIMITATIONS:
We can only accept one return or swap within the 30-Day Guarantee period.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
You can have a refund on your gift card purchase, meaning you can have a refund for your amount paid to buy a gift card, as well as product purchases made using partially or entirely a gift card. Within 30 days after purchase with no questions asked, as long as the code is not used and we can.
Refunds of purchased gift cards
Please write to us at contact@creativetech.co stating the e-mail address, which made the purchase and as many details about the purchase as you can. We will verify if the code is used and will perform additional security checks. If it is still not used and we are certain that you are the owner, we will deactivate the lost code and issue a refund within 7 working days.
Note, that due to security reasons we may refuse a refund if we are unable to verify ownership or if the code is already used.
Refunds for products purchased entirely or partially with gift cards
In case you request a refund for a product purchased entirely with a gift card, and provided the conditions for product returns are met and we confirm the return, we will issue a refund to the same gift card used for the purchase.
In case you request a refund for a product purchased partially with a gift card, and provided the conditions for product returns are met and we confirm the return, we will issue a refund split between the payment instruments you used at checkout. In this case the same gift card used for the purchase will receive the same part of the amount that was used during the purchase.
